as a duo, in chruch...

A musician at heart since the age of 3. Eight years at the conservatory, I played a recital of my baroque music in the scenography of Michel Smekens' visual art exhibitions.

Baroque music has inspired me as a child, and since then it has always inspired me, it carries me away in all my creations. I learned to read notes before reading words, mom wrote the names of the notes for my exercises.

In 2008, I even felt this musical vibration in the plastic work of the professional artist Michel Smekens while I was living in Nice. A few months later, we were going to unite our lives and our projects

I am lucky enough today to be able to meet the public during its exhibitions.

My recitals made during the exhibitions:

  6. Exhibition during the Alsace Biennale 2025 "Le bonheur et la lumière", Riquewihr, France, from September 20th to 21st, 2025

  7. Solo exhibition "Comme un phare dans la ville,by my husband Michel Smekens, Atelier-galerie, Le Cheylard, France, from January 10 to February 10, 2026

  8. Solo exhibition "Un moment suspendu en couleurs", Atelier-galerie, Le Cheylard, France, from April 4 to 22, 2026. During this exhibition, Michel has devoted his public performance on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 to the World Art Day of the I.A.A. (International Association of Art) of UNESCO

  9. Retrospective solo exhibition "Noir c'est noir", Atelier-galerie, Le Cheylard, France,  from May 15 to June 5, 2026
